Refunds:
As each order is unique, so too are the specific requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you contact our Customer Service Department on our 0414 542 490 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the goods or services you have ordered. A number of resolutions may be available to you, and can be tailored to suit your particular situation. For example, refunds for orders placed online or via telephone are credited back to the original Payment Method on which the order was initially purchased. In-Store refunds are only processed through our head office, and will not be issued In-Store. A voucher for the same amount spent will be issued for all cash purchases.
Fraud:
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Essentials By Cherryl will not guarantee that we will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor will it give any notice of such illegal or inappropriate activities. It is a legal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained Credit Card or without the express consent of the card holder. All persons found to have placed an order by fraudulent means will be prosecuted.
Warranty:
All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain your original receipt/invoice for proof of purchase. If your item is faulty please contact Essentials By Cherryl to organise a return package, in which the faulty item should be placed and re-sent to us. We can then organise a repair or exchange depending on the item and its defect. All items include a twelve (12) month warranty. Please allow 14-30 days for your item to be returned. Freight charges to and from the customer destination within the warranty period will be charged to the customer.
Order Cancellations:
Should you wish to cancel your order, your money will be refunded less a $15 administration fee if notice is received by Essentials By Cherryl 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
